1967 67 Impala fastback ONLY Arizona trunk Lid Original, Great metal All Around!

Here is a used 67 Impala, or SS Impala 2 door Fastback trunk lid from the Arizona Desert in original condition.
THERE
IS however damage on this part... around the trunk lock - Key hole area. They make patches, or perhaps your old lid could donate a square with the cylinder opening that a good welder could weld that piece back into that area?
Photos show the edges are solid where rust often pits and rots thru where weather stripping holds moisture. You can see that area is in fine condition for being 50 years old.
I have other photos of the entire underside and side views showing the gentle curves of this lid.
This lid has scratches and small dings

is a
dent
in the area that the aluminum trim piece will cover (not included). No major dents in the sides or top that would affect body lines, matching quarter panel edges and filler / rear window or panel lines.
No rot, only surface rust from no paint covering metal, where the elements wore paint off.

This only fits 67 Impala 2 door cars with the sloped back design.

Does this fit my car? Well if your VIN starts: 164877, or 168877...(then one letter)... and 6 digits, then yes this is the part that will fit your 67 Impala 2 dr fastback coupe, or 2dr SS (not any convertible).
Check your VIN with this test before proceeding to checkout. We don't want any mess ups. This part must ship truck freight, and I am not paying the shipping for a mistake.
WARNING: This Lid will not fit any 67 or 68 Caprice or 67 68 Impala Convertible or any 4 door impala/caprice or other 2 door cars like Impala Custom.
I HAVE
other 67 lids that fit those style bodies but this lid will not fit any other car. If you have a 68 this won't fit but I have those year fastback and convertible style both available too.
