Clock does not rotate.  Missing both transparencies.  It appears someone added a oriental scene.  There is some cracks and damage on the one side where the plastic melted and cracked.  Seems to be missing the picture or graphics on that side.  There other sides picture/graphics has some cracks.  Missing some of the screws that hold the side plates in place and some of the screws for the case sides that surround the clear plates.
