    Wheel Set Description
    One (6 inches) Diameter Drive Wheel - 2 inches wide:
    Drive wheel is CNC machined with a 5/8 inch bore (H7 tolerance).  Bore is equipped with a 3/16" keyway and a set screw. The surface of the wheel is truly crowned to insure the belt won't jump off the wheel. Please refer to the wheel's sketch for the exact wheel dimensions - Bore length is (1.57")
    Two x 65 mm (2.5") diameter Idler Wheels - 2 inch wide:
    Each wheel is fitted with 4 bearings
    1/2 inch
    . (Heavy duty 6201 RS bearings)  Bearings are rubber sealed to protect from dust. Bearings are placed back to back (best combination). A 10 mm wide standoff (sleeve) will raise the wheel of the mounting plate. This bearing combination is the best-tested solution against bearing failure as it allows for tightening the mounting bolts without causing any axial force on the bearings (ball bearings should not bear lateral load)
    One 5 inches diameter Track Wheel - 2 inches wide:
    Large Tracking wheels adds considerable control and stability to the sanding belt (from experience)
