    These beds are exactly 2 years old with standard wear and tear.  Yes, they are sold "as is"!  They are custom built and
    VERY STURDY
    and very heavy.  The frames are built from #1 pine with several coats of paint each.  Local pickup or (delivery with fee) within reason.  NO SHIPPING!  Both beds come with a toddler mattress, mattress pad and two sheets each.  Sorry, no pillow or blankets.  Make offer on both beds if interested.
    Note:  Both beds come apart and separate into pieces.  Each have headboard, footboard, two sides and a solid plywood base (no slats).  Each rail is connected by two 6" lag bolts.  Pink bed comes with an extra round dowel rod side rail (my little girl was younger when she moved over from the regular baby bed) for security.  Each bed is about 15" off of the ground and a toy box can easily slide underneath.
