in the app store and install the app.

Allow Bluetooth connection.
3)
Allow location information.

For Android – Enter settings and touch [Biometric & Security] -> Switch by touching the [Location] button to [In use] -> Click [App Permissions] after completion -> Touch the [Location] button to move to the next page -> Switch to use by touching the [Fitdays] button

For iPhone - Enter the settings and touch [Privacy] -> Switching by touching the [Location Service] button to [On]

Allows access to photos, media and files.

After running the application, select'My Info' at the bottom right. Select'Devices' at the top left.

Select + at the top right.
7)
Lightly press or climb the scale to activate it and search for the product. Select the iGrip found.
8)
Device connection is complete.
