If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns if the item has been worn and or is not in its original box. It is the buyers responsibility to pay return postage costs unless the incorrect or faulty item has been received.
To make a return simply complete the return form included with your purchase and include your order details within. Be sure to attain and retain proof of postage from the post office.
All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 3 days of the parcel being received. Refunds will be excluding the original postage and packaging charge unless the item arrives faulty or significantly not as described.
