    The certificate is dated March 28, 1910.  The company was incorporated in Pennsylvania in 1910.
    The company was located at 1320 Washington Ave in Philadelphia PA.
    Nice low numbered certificate, #2.  It was issued to its Treasurer Francis King Wainright.  He was from a prominent Philadelphia family. He once owned the famous stamp the Inverted Jenny.
    It produced banner lye, dried amonia, sal soda, soda ash, caustic soda and caustic potash.
