    Using PRECISE mounting arbors, the jig grinder is quickly and securely attached to jig borers, vertical and universal milling machines as well as to special machine tools. This high performance universal Jig Grinder can be mounted on a vertical spindle machine tool will produce a super fine finish in all high precision grinding operations...such as inside and outside bores, convex and concave radi curved circles. A high torque PRECISE Electric Quill in a super accurate and compact steel housing to finish holes in hardened steel up to 3" diameter. Will maintain tolerances well within .0001" and surface finishes well under 10 microinches. The PRECISE Electric Jig Grinder will do this at speeds and feeds not available with low torque wasteful air turbines. Here is a tool which converts an accurate vertical milling machine to do electric jig grinding and milling.
