This item is an unused nightlight made in Ontario Canada.
The plastic/cardboard is no longer flat - see pictures.
I do not know if I have ever plugged it in, regardless it is one of my favorite things.
It is textured very nicely and the look on Q*bert's face is singular perhaps due to the french influence.
I have never seen another one anywhere.
A crown jewel of my collection.
