I can tell right away on something like this product if it’s going to be a hit or a miss for me. This is no doubt a Hit! I’m very impressed for .00. Hear is the deal for men or women with big hands and forearms this will be very uncomfortable for you to use. I have medium large hands with long fingers and thin boned forearms. They need to design a larger one for all. I would buy it. Good Luck!

Product works well for pre workout until you're ready to use heavier dumbell weights to build up your forearms and wrists. Instruction pamphlet has typos but it's easy to figure out the correct way of use this equipment.

Nice for building up your forearm. I prefer to use it backward and pull my wrist up as part of my exercises as much as I have used it for 'dumbbell' style curling. Inexpensive tool for exercising your wrist and forearm that is easy to use and sturdy.

Easy to use is not hard as I was expecting I broke my wrist like 3 years ago I always been feeling like that hand wasn’t strong enough so I decided try it and you will definitely feel improvement I saw on others reviews someone tried used after a broke recovery said I was to hard i totally agree, but just not used as first recovery treatment, but I bet is this person try it now is going to be a different history reviewed

I have a lot of forearm developers. I like this, but some might find that it’s uncomfortable. It works intensely when you hold each rep for a 3-count.

I’ve only had this item for about 5 days, so I can not attest to its durability yet, however, I am going to give this 4 stars instead of 5, because the general construction doesn’t seem allll that sturdy, but that doesn’t mean I’m calling it junk either by any means. All seems to be solid except for the slightly flimsy plastic handle, but overall this thing is a blast! Can’t beat it especially for the price (this adds to the quality part I mentioned, i certainly wasn’t expecting state of the art construction and durability on a budget product). Using it is just too fun though, you immediately feel soooo much burn in your forearms and wrists after just a few reps. I did thirty reps my first set and no joke, with how pumped my forearms felt and how much burn I already got, this thing makes you feel like Popeye, lol! Nice smooth feel on the reps, and very compact and portable. Considering the price, I’d recommend these to anyone in a heartbeat! (Providing they hold up of course!) A+
