This can be especially challenging for teachers and children of school age. We at The Friendly Swede launched our first hand exercise balls primarily thinking of grip strengthening and arthritis pain relief. But as customer comments constantly mentioned the alternative to hand it out to kids in classrooms, use it to improve fine motor skills, keep fidgeting hands busy, and that we should develop even smaller "eggs" for these specific needs - we had to listen! We now proudly present our extra small hand exercise balls.
Choose the size that suits you best and find the suitable resistance for your needs. The three different resistance levels (20 lb - 30 lb - 40 lb) are perfect for progressive exercise. You can start with soft and then move up as your hands and fingers are strengthening.
