    Description

    Portable air-ground radio kit comprised of Daniels Electronics premium-grade transmit, receive, and monitor/voltage regulator modules.
    Ideal for field-support operations of aircraft: air shows, fly-ins, and search-and-rescue teams.
    The radios are front-panel field programmable from 118.0 to 138.0 MHz
    (“program and lock” mode , or “program and unlock” mode.) Programming instruction sheet is included to allow quick frequency changes right from the front panel.
    The system accommodates both 25 kHz and 8.333 kHz channel spacing. The operating frequency can be incremented in 8.333 kHz channel steps (three steps per 25 kHz channel.)

    re-programmed for 126.7 MHz CTAF channel. Can be front-panel-programmed to your channel of choice in minutes, and then the front-panel programming locked.
    Transmitter has built-in VSWR protection for mis-matched antenna loads.
    Runs off 11-16 VDC. Comes with 10-ft. power cable/cigarette lighter plug.
    Field “plug-and-play.” Comes with transport case with front and back covers, microphone, mag-mount antenna and coax, and instruction sheets.
