“Budweiser Light” 13” X 13” Sign - Lights Up - Predates Use Of “Bud Light” Name

RARE “Budweiser Light” Lighted Sign. The name “Budweiser Light” was used for less than two years (1982-1984) before it changed to “Bud Light.” Most of the advertising and signage is for”Bud Light.”
This electric sign uses two 10 C 7 bulbs. I installed bulbs for the photos, but the sign will be shipped without bulbs. As you can see from the photos, the sign works perfectly. There is also a pull cord on the light so that you can turn it in and off without unplugging it. For the pull cord, there is only a short piece of metal; a string has been tied on to make it longer.
The sign is about 13” square. It is about 4” deep. It is in very good to excellent condition. The “wood” frame (actually plastic) is not chipped or cracked. The colors are still bright. There is a date on the label on the back that is hard to read, but says March 12, 1982. That is consistent with the very short window of time when the “Budweiser Light” name was used.
